2. Products

The products offered for sale on the site are clothing items.

Visuals, images, and representations of products on the site are provided for illustrative purposes only. Some images may be generated or assisted using artificial intelligence technologies in order to represent the style, cut, or appearance of the products.

As a result, slight visual variations may exist between the images shown and the actual product, particularly with regard to:

  • Fabric texture
  • Colors
  • Proportions
  • Certain visual details

These minor differences do not constitute a product defect.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in euros.

Prices may not include:

  • Shipping costs
  • Taxes or customs duties for international orders

The price applied is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order on the site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Ance Plainford reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment issues
  • Stock issues

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit/debit card via Shopify Payments.

Transactions are secure.

Ance Plainford never has access to the customer's full banking information.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days.

Shipments are carried out via Colissimo.

Estimated delivery times:

Home delivery:
24 to 48 hours after shipment.

Pickup point delivery:
3 to 5 days after shipment.

These times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on logistical conditions.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has 14 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • With their tags
  • In their original packaging

8. Returns and Refunds

Any return request must be submitted via the form available in the site footer (Contact section).

Return costs are:

  • Covered by Ance Plainford if the error is on our part
  • The customer's responsibility in all other cases

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

9. Liability

Ance Plainford cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Losses related to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our control

10. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
