Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may exceptionally be extended.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via Colissimo.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Home delivery (Colissimo)
24 to 48 hours after shipment.

Pickup point delivery (Colissimo)
3 to 5 days after shipment.

These times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination or periods of high activity.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to track your package online.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or losses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Ance Plainford cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or any event beyond our control.

Customs and International Deliveries

For orders shipped internationally, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be applied by the destination country.

These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not controlled by Ance Plainford.

International Returns

Returns are accepted for orders placed within the European Union, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Due to logistical constraints, variable customs fees, and the inability to guarantee proper delivery and processing of packages, returns from countries outside the European Union are not accepted.
